Chinese Gunpowder Green Tea

A unique tea from China known as Gunpowder, that has each individual leaf tightly rolled into a round pallet. Once steeped, these dried palettes unravel into the beautiful green leaves they once were. This traditional tea usually contians a higher caffeine level than most green teas.

• Heat freshly drawn cold water to 79ºC/ 175ºF
• Infuse tea for 3-4 minutes
• 1 tsp per cup
