Steeping Instructions

Heat water to 100°C (212°F)
Use freshly boiled water for the best flavour extraction

Add 1 tsp per cup (0.07–0.1 oz)
Use a tea infuser or strainer

Steep for 3–5 minutes
Longer steep = bolder, spicier cup

Serve and enjoy
Try as a latte with steamed milk and a touch of honey
