From the regions of Assam, northeastern India, this tea is known for its briskness and richness in flavour. A full-bodied traditional Indian tea with a reddish-golden colour. Assam tea is mostly near sea-level, giving it a malty and robust colour.

Steeping Instructions

• Bring freshly drawn cold water to a boil at 100ºC/ 212ºF
• Infuse tea for 5-6 minutes
• 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea per cup
