The taste of Chaga is somewhat earthy with a little bitterness that also contains a naturally occurring form of vanillin, this is found in vanilla bean .Chaga is believed to have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Most often consumed in a hot beverage like a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee.
